Because of the size of our new equipment, we have a 10 pound minimum per lot. With smaller lots, you would have too great of fiber loss in the processing.

Scouring pricing is based on incoming weight. All other services are priced on finished weight after that step. You don't pay for loss at the previous stage.

We are requiring a 50% deposit to begin processing. An invoice will be either e-mailed or mailed when you processing is complete. Payment is expected within 15 days of the invoice date. Return shipping is in addition to processing charges. Invoices left in the mill for longer than 1 month will have a $10.00 storage fee added per month. After 60 days, the fiber becomes the property of the mill. We regret having to do this, but we do not have the storage or cash flow to be able to hold orders. If You have a timeframe that will work better for you, payment wise, please contact us, so we can work something out. We really do not want your fiber (we have a lot of our own that we haven't been able to get processed yet.)

Your final invoice will include return shipping by UPS either Priority or Parcel Post. If you have a preference for another shipping service, please let us know.

We accept checks, money orders and PayPal payments. Credit card payments may be made through PayPal. We reserve the right to hold orders for 20 days until your check clears the bank.
