Terms

We do not have minimum order or batch size, but must charge for a one-pound minimum.

Scouring pricing is based on incoming weight. All other services are priced on weight after that step. You don't pay for loss at the previous stage.

At this time, we do not require a deposit to begin processing. You will be notified of your fiber's progression through the mill and approximate finish date. An invoice will be sent at the conclusion of processing. All orders must be paid in full before leaving the mill. Since storage space is limited, payment is expected in 15 days. We appreciate prompt payment. Any fiber not paid for within 30 days of invoicing becomes the property of Kalaya Farms Wool Works.

Your final invoice will include return shipping by UPS either Priority or Parcel Post. If you have a preference for another shipping service, please let us know.

We accept checks, money orders and PayPal payments. Credit card payments may be made through PayPal. We reserve the right to hold orders for 20 days until your check clears the bank.
